Q. Do you have all items in stock?

A. Yes, all items are in stock.

Q. When do you dispatch?

A. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours Monday - Friday and excluding Bank Holidays.

Q. How is my order sent?

A. We send all orders by Courier or 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded depending on the weight of your order. Each of our websites provide a Next Day Delivery Monday - Friday service if required.

Should you require Special Delivery for a Saturday please contact us by email or phone . All parcels need to be signed for on arrival.

Q. Can I order and  pay by credit card over the phone?

A. No problem. Please call us on 01472 859591.  We accept credit cards  for UK deliveries. However, for International buyers we only accept paypal. 

Q. Do you ship to Canada?

A. We ship our items all over the world. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours and will require a signature on arrival.

Q. My Mother has placed an order as well as myself- can I send back the items I do not need?

A. No problem. Please ensure the returned items are unused and their original packaging and we will issue you with a refund. Please remember the return cost is your responsibility.
